He is getting so big!

We forgot to tell everyone that we took Boston into the NICU (where I work) and weighed him for his 1 month birthday! Just a quick reminder...he weighed 9 lbs 5 oz at birth and 10 lbs 2 oz at this 2 week appointment...now the big man is weighing in at 12 lbs 6 ozs! We were shocked! We can obviously tell he is getting bigger, but, man, what a chunk! He is really starting to interact with us now. After he eats, there is about a 2 hour window where he loves to lay beside you and talk and smile and coo and kick his legs. You all should see him smile! It is the absolute best! Here are some picture to prove it! Love you all!

Jimmy Legs Stansifer

Check out Jimmy Legs. I'm not sure if it is because he now has three chins, but Boston has been finding the need to exercise lately. Before bath time he likes to hang out on his changing table and kick out the frustrations of the day. It's pretty cool to see him so alert and watch us as we move around the room. Cara can get him to smile on command, but I think I may need a little more practice. If there's one thing Boston loves it's visitors. Stop by and see him anytime.

Everything has been about the same here. Boston and I are finally getting into a little routine and used to each other. He is such a blessing to us and we love every moment with him...yes, even in the middle of the night! :) Boston did get baptized this last Sunday. Oh, did he ever look handsome! Love you all!
